Plant Description

Partial shade. Evergreen. A tough, easy-to-grow liriope cultivar, with variegated lily- or grass- like clumping foliage. Use it for edging along shaded pathways and borders, or to add texture and color contrast in mixed beds or containers. Plant in mass for an easy effect.

Liriope tolerates a variety of locations, including the semi-darkness under live oaks. It prefers moist or moisture-retaining soil, so it's probably best suited for areas with deep clay soils.

Clumps can be divided every 2-3 years in late winter/early spring.
